This gorgeous 1800 sf 3 bedroom 2 bath house is situated perfectly in gated Terra Lago community that allows a maximum enjoyment of stunning mountains, lake views, golf and a wonderful and beautiful 22 acre Terra Lago lake

The space

Our beautiful lakefront home with one of the largest modern salted infinity pool in the lake within a gated community. Come golf and dine at Terra Lago golf club just adjacent to the complex and later enjoy world class entertainment at Fantasy Springs Casino, Agua Caliente Casino and Spotlight 29 Casino. Terra Lago is the ideal location to be for many events that are hosted in the Palm Springs area. The community is conveniently close to the casino, night life, HITS Horse show, Polo horse activities, Coachella fest, stagecoach, one of the top rated golf courses in the Coachella Valley and minutes away from the tennis garden in La Quinta.

Open concept living, dining and kitchen areas, with a breakfast island. Living room has a 75”smart TV, huge lounge sofas for relaxing, fireplace. The kitchen appliances include refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. The entire home has been newly remodeled with luxurious touches and eye-pleasing wall décor. Outside, among the beautifully-landscaped back yard, relish the relaxing private jacuzzi waterfalling into your own salt-water pool.

From great views all around, 20×45 saltwater pool with oversized spa complete tanning deck and fire pit to seat around for an amazing wine night. Ideal for family get together and couples getaway

Our gorgeous 2800 Sf 6 bedroom 3 bath home is located in safe gated Terra Lago Community. Our home has been remodeled in 2022 with luxurious touches and eye-pleasing décor, including a spacious dining area with a wine cooler for exquisite experience. Outside, amongst the beautiful back yard, enjoy the relaxing private jacuzzi waterfalling into the salt-water pool. There is also a custom BBQ island with outdoor dinning and sitting area.

The first floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, with an island. The living room has a 83” smart TV, lounge sofas for , fireplace and separate lounge sitting area. The kitchen appliances include a refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker.
